19 January 2012 - Shadowlands Release Date Jack Howard's new album Shadowlands will be released on Monday, the 30th of January 2012. The album will be released in digital form only on both iTunes and Bandcamp. Importantly for audio lovers, the Bandcamp option means we will be able to enjoy Shadowlands in CD quality FLAC! Bandcamp rocks!

14 December 2011 - Elwood Dad's Band This Saturday Jack's back in town...! The Elwood Dad's Band are making a rare public appearance this Saturday, Dec 17th, at the venerable Elwood RSL. We haven't played in months so it could be really dodgy or really brilliant...or both at the same time! Come and hear the same old songs that we've been playing for ten years performed in an endearingly, drunkenly enthusiastic manner. Much drinking, dancing and Christmas cheer to be had by all. The show is free and starts 9.00ish.

27 November 2011 - ARIA Awards The Best Adult Contemporary Album ARIA award was tonight won by the late Billy Thorpe with his final album Billy Thorpe's Tangier. Mark Seymour had been one of the five nominees for this award with his latest album Undertow.
18 November 2011 - Classic Album Collection 2 Today, a second compact compact Hunters and Collectors 5 CD box set was released titled Classic Album Collection 2. It contains the five studio albums from the Horn of Plenty box set that were missing from the first Classic Album Collection:

3 November 2011 - Mark's Irish-Folk Album Off the Radar Mark Seymour has informed us today that unfortunately his Irish-folk themed album is off the radar for now - and unlikely to proceed :(
18 October 2011 - Mark ARIA Awards Nomination Mark Seymour's latest album Undertow is one of five nominees for this years Best Adult Contemporary Album at the Australian Record Industry Association (ARIA) awards. This is the same award that Mark was nominated for and won in 2001 for One Eyed Man. The full list of nominees are:
3 October 2011 - Hunters Greatest Hits Package A new variant of the Natural Selection best of is to be released by Liberation Records on the 21st of October 2011. Greatest Hits is a two disc package featuring the standard Natural Selection CD and the (original non remastered) Natural Selection DVD. Enjoy!
2 October 2011 - Spare Parts & Cargo Cult on iTunes The Hunters and Collectors disks, Spare Parts and Cargo Cult, are now available on iTunes. Previously they were only to be found hidden in the Horn of Plenty box set. Mark's new album, Undertow, has entered the Australian album chart at #51. It is also at #10 on the Australian release albums chart - making it the tenth biggest selling Australian album for the week.
