This weekend Melbourne and Sydney are putting on a benefit party, in support of those who have lost so much in the Queensland floods and the Victorian bushfires. There's a huge array of very different bands. And a handful of acts who are reforming just for the event. Hunters & Collectors are one of them. The band, led by Mark Seymour, haven't hit the stage together for more than a decade. But in their day, they were one of the biggest live Australian bands around. And how they could play. This morning, Mark Seymour took over your radio to play you some of the other bands joining him on the Sound Relief bill, told you tales from the road and his own childhood growing up in the area's constantly threatened by bushfires in Victoria. Tomorrow at midday, triple j will be broadcasting the Sound Relief concerts from both the MCG and SCG live around the country and online around the world.
